Salutes does not send “junk” e-mail, also known as “spam”. In certain instances, when Salute wishes to contact customers via e-mail, respond to messages, confirm downloads, or transmit information requested by or of interest to a visitor, Salute will typically send commercial e-mail. 6.0 Minors and Children’s Privacy

 

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Salute’s services and communications are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18. Salute’s data is hosted in the United States. We will comply with GDPR requirements providing adequate protection for the transfer of personal information from Europe to the U.S.

Salute is a Data Controller (in terms of the GDPR), in that we are making decisions regarding the use of (purposes and means of handling) your personal data.
